Kevin Tompos
Professional Counselor Associate
Kevin is a Registered Professional Counselor Associate. He has worked for twenty years in humanitarian vocations in Oregon and recently became a counselor because of the profound effect therapy has had in his own life and relationships. He earned his undergraduate degree in Idaho and received his Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
Kevin practices therapy from a psychodynamic approach, which is a holistic, depth-therapy that emphasizes self-awareness and self-exploration in a relational and collaborative context. The goal is to foster mental-health through building greater connection with our own inner-world and attachment to others, bringing unconscious thoughts and patterns into consciousness, and exploring emotions in a secure environment.
In his free time Kevin likes to play music and watch soccer.
